PRICING

The pricing of the outfits listed on the website falls under the sole discretion of the brand. The prices mentioned for all the styles are mentioned in Indian Rupees. However, for other parts of the world, USD prices shall be mentioned on enquiry, based on the conversion rate.

With respect to items sold on johnandananth.co.in, we charge you before your order has entered the shipping/manufacturing process. 100% advance payment is mandatory while placing a new order without which the order will not be processed. For any reason, if we are not able to ship the products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available.

The Site contains many Products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. In the rare occasion, mispricing occurs, we will inform you to cancel the order or make an additional payment for the difference.

SHIPPING

We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you ("Logistic Partners"). Our standard dispatch timelines range from 10-15 (ten to fifteen) working days within India and 15-20 (fifteen to twenty) working days (tentative) for the orders outside India, from the date of completion of the order of the Product. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of JOHN & ANANTH that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents JOHN & ANANTH from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All of JOHN & ANANTH’s orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address. The brand offers free worldwide shipping. Due to the nature of international shipping, additional import duties and/or taxes may be levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional duties and/or taxes charges shall be paid by the customer and JOHN & ANANTH shall not be responsible for calculating or paying the same. . JOHN & ANANTH takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and/or duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.

The fit of our garments depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Some garments are designed to have a relaxed fit while some garments are consciously styled to be more fitted, in order to accentuate the form. Garment details, including specifications, have been depicted as accurately as possible. Each garment is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, making it truly unique in its beauty and nature. Minor variations in sculpting, drape, color, or embroidery are inherent characteristics of handmade garments and the design process.

COLORS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website.
